Beverly Hills based clients commissioned a vacation home for their family in Malibu, CA. Together with world renowned interior designer John Cottrell, we conceived a 10,000 sq. ft. Pennsylvania Stone Farm House.

On the western end of the paneled Living Room is a grand Loggia which opens onto the spectacular Pacific Ocean. With 9 Bedrooms and 9 1/2 Bathrooms, this estate features three Master Bedroom suites. One is located over the Living Room and faces the ocean. Another Master Bedroom suite also fronts the ocean while the other overlooks the central courtyard and pool. These bedrooms all have vaulted panel and beam ceilings. Expansive decks off the two master suites facing the surf have an outdoor stone fireplace and Chippendale style railing.

There are many other special features such as a raised panel Library with fireplace, a luxurious gourmet Kitchen with pocket doors that open to the Dining Room and view of the sea beyond, a Billiards Room, a subterranean Exercise Room and a Tennis Court.
